Hi, I’m Leana, the founder of Ako Cashflow. I whakapapa to Kāi Tahu and Ngāti Apakura, with roots stretching from the bottom of Te Waipounamu to the top of Te Ika-a-Māui. That connection has shaped the way I move through life, grounded in resilience, creativity, and a strong sense of community.
As a small business owner myself, I understand the reality of running a business, the hustle, the pressure, and the determination it takes to keep things moving forward. I’m especially inspired by Māori entrepreneurs and the way they lead with innovation, purpose, and strength. That energy is a constant reminder of why Ako Cashflow exists.
