IT ALL BEGINS WITH AN IDEA ✦
From the Dashboard, click on the bank account tile you want to review.
Once inside the bank account, click the Account Transactions tab (usually right next to Reconcile).
Use the filters at the top to search by:
Contact
Description
Date range
Transaction type (spend, receive, transfer)
Click on any transaction to view, edit, or delete it.
Use the export button (top right) to download a copy of your filtered results, if needed.
You can also “remove & redo” a transaction here if it was reconciled incorrectly.
USE THE ACCOUNT TRANSACTION TAB WEEKLY:
Make it a habit to review the Account Transactions tab once a week, especially if you manage your own bookkeeping. It helps you catch sneaky errors before they snowball—like duplicated bank feed entries, unreconciled items, or GST miscodes
